My computer (year old, white box) suddenely stopped responding to my requests to turn it on. Can you help me? - off white forums

I built the computer itself, and only one year. I have not used extensively in the past 3 months and remained free for almost the entire period. I arrived yesterday on a new DVD player to install and disable. When I refused, I call on that day ignite. Assuming that you have disconnect and again (which had happened before), I tried cutting the wall and back again, but in vain. Then I tried to draw all the ports on my hard drive and my DVD player and left the ports on my motherboard. But there are still used today. Search Google my problem and I can tell, the Forum was to be placed on the CMOS connection, but I'm not sure how to handle this. My power supply is also working with other teams I have and I'm pretty sure that this is not the power. The PYour use 300v and I wonder if had to add a DVD player to change the configuration of the motherboard, if need a more powerful power supply? Ideas? Troubleshooting?

Check the power switch on the back of the box, put-and-forth (I sometimes think that something). Additionally, you can try to pull the motherboard and check for themselves whether (including your power supply is, so is not available or,) no power = no power. Finally, remove all the boot (including RAM) advice and try to. If not lit, make sure that the power is the power supply switch (try to make sure that everything goes well, a draw).

You should find the switch directly above the power supply to the back of the computer. On. If this fails, do it again.
Have you followed the instructions to the DVD drive? Or come with instructions? Never heard the phrase: "If all else fails, read the instructions?
